Can I send candidates a link to pick their own interview slot?
Yes. You send candidates a link to your interview schedule, and you can limit access to invited candidates only, for example with a password or a list of their email addresses. Each candidate picks a free slot, which is then no longer available to anyone else.
Do I need to have my own website?
SuperSaaS can be integrated seamlessly into any site, if you don’t have a website (yet) you can also use the link to a SuperSaaS schedule directly, add it to your email signature, share it via WhatsApp, or put it on your Facebook or Instagram page.How is SuperSaaS different from Calendly for interview scheduling?
Calendly charges per user, so a recruiting team of 10 pays around $ 120 per month, while SuperSaaS charges by the number of upcoming interviews with unlimited recruiters and hiring managers, starting at $ 9 per month. SuperSaaS can also book a meeting room together with the interviewers, and run group assessments with a set number of places. Do candidates and interviewers get a calendar invite?
Yes. The confirmation email can include a calendar file that adds the interview to Outlook, Google Calendar or Apple Calendar, and interviews can also appear in the calendars of your interviewers. When a candidate changes or cancels, you are notified by email.
Can I schedule panel interviews with several interviewers?
Yes. A panel interview can require several interviewers at the same time, so a slot is only offered when every panel member is free, based on their SuperSaaS schedule and their Google or Outlook calendar.
Subscriptions and billing
Is the free version really free?
SuperSaaS is 100% free to use indefinitely and doesn’t require credit card information to start. The free version is limited to 50 future appointments and advertisements are displayed on the calendar page, along with a few other limitations.Details can be found on the pricing page. You’re welcome to keep using the free service for private and non-commercial use.
Can I switch to a bigger or smaller plan?
You can upgrade or downgrade at any time, payments get adjusted automatically. You can even switch back to the free version if you don’t need the software for a while and return to it later. So seasonal businesses only need to subscribe when they’re in season.What happens if I exceed my appointment limit?
When you exceed the maximum number of appointments allowed on your subscription package the system will notify you by email. You then have three days to either upgrade the account or reduce the number of appointments (feel free to email us if you need more time).
We will never delete your upcoming appointments. If you still exceed your limit after three days then the system will no longer accept new appointments until the situation is rectified. All other functionality remains unchanged. So you, and your users, can still view and edit appointments that have already been entered.
Do you charge when my users pay for bookings?
If you would like clients to pay for appointments in advance, you can use the integrated online payment system. You can choose from several different payment providers, such as PayPal or Stripe or even offer a combination of multiple providers. They send payments to your bank account directly, deducting a charge for their service. The money does not pass through SuperSaaS, and we do not charge any fee.
It’s also possible to use the built-in “credit system” where clients buy credits beforehand which they subsequently use to book appointments.

What does interview scheduling cost for a recruiting team?
There is no fee per recruiter or hiring manager, and the price depends only on the number of upcoming interviews. For example, 20 interviews a week, booked up to two weeks ahead, add up to about 40 upcoming interviews, which fits the smallest paid plan of $ 9 per month for up to 100 upcoming appointments.
