Add a SuperSaaS schedule to Google

Google My Business allows businesses to add a URL to an appointment scheduling system, so it will show a link to your schedule right in the search result. Linking makes it easier for customers to take action: users can navigate directly to your schedule, where they can make an appointment.

What do you need for the integration?

  • Your business must be listed on Google My Business and verified.
  • A SuperSaaS account with at least one schedule.

Add an appointment link to your Google listing

  1. Sign in to Google My Business and go to the ‘Info’ menu.

    Click Info

    Accounts with multiple locations will have to click on a specific location to manage, add, or update its appointment links.

  2. Go to ‘Appointment links’ and click the pencil symbol.

  3. Enter the URL to your SuperSaaS schedule (you can find this by clicking on ‘Use’ for the relevant schedule in your SuperSaaS account) and click ‘Apply’.

    After saving, Google must first approve your adjustment before your link becomes visible. This usually doesn’t take long.

  4. (Potential) customers will now see your appointment link in your business info on Google. Clicking on this link will send them directly to your schedule.
